"I've only ordered through drive through. Food was decent However several times I've used the app to order deals i received and at times they don't honor them. Sometimes they do, and sometimes they don't. They need this to make sense. Even had one cashier get rude with me and tell me "well you'll need to pay for it. Don't know why people expect things for free". I didn't pay, and left. Haven't been back since."

"Thank you. Route 431 is a long stretch from FL to ATL and there is no truck parking along the way. I didn't make a mess or leave any trash and I suspect that is why you allowed us trucks to park in your very nice big parking lot. Thank you from the deepest part of my heart, believe it or not us truckers need safe places to park at night. So once again. Thank you."

"My review reflects the service, mostly. Instead of serving you at the window, they have you pull up and wait for your order. This doesn't work as I've had to go back to the window to remind them I was still waiting for an order. The workers are young but definitely need a class in customer service. Sometimes, they don't acknowledge when you're talking to them. That's rude. I had one of the workers ask me several times was I sure about what I wanted on MY order. For all of that, prices included, I could drive down to CFA for much better service, better food, and shorter wait times."

"Items on the menu are not for sale they don't update listing and are a new business. Employees are rude and have no knowledge of the menu. I was told 12 piece chicken box not available at $21, but they had 10 piece at $31. No bologna sandwiches, which is what Jack's is famous for. Posters on Windows, and they don't sell those items. This is why the business is empty. Should close down shortly. The owner better get on top of his investment quickly. My one and only time going there.."
