"Placed order through Grubhub and received confirmation email with estimated delivery of 25-35 minutes later. Five Guys cancelled the order at 34 minutes with the Grubhub driver showing at the restaurant based on the app."
"Customer service is friendly, they seem overworked though. The food is amazing per usual at any Five Guys. The facilities are clean, but they do sometimes run out of soap in the bathroom. I personally could not figure out how to lock the door, though. Overall, we liked the experience"

"Ordered on line. Service was slow. It was not that busy. Estimate time was around 8 minutes per website. Got there in 25 minutes. Order still not ready. There is no place to park. Luckily I was a passenger. Get back to the hotel to find my order completely wrong. There was no bacon and it had cheese, (which in I'm allergic to). Called the restaurant and was hung up on 4 times. Now they are closed, I have no dinner and out of money. If it wasn't for the brand, fresh cut, gluten-free french fries, it would have been a zero."
