IHOP

"Service and food was terrible. Regular dinnerware serving with plastic forks and was told if we wanted regular silverwarecwe had to ask. Didn't make sense at all. My husband ask for the sampler plate and he did not get that. Bacon was raw. Potatoes tasted hard. Husband had to wait for French toast that tasted like just bread. Worst place I have ever been . Not all Ihops are like this"

"I ordered food through DoorDash and sent my complaint through them. I feel as if it's my responsibility to warn everyone. BEWARE!! There was hair in my food. Clearly the cook is not following all health protocols."

"Horrible!! Service is always horrible. They arguing and fussing where everyone can hear them in the kitchen. I placed an order on door dash against my family’s advice. I wanted pancakes and steak. I usually order for delivery but I thought if I picked it up it would be different! NOT!!! They said they couldn’t find my order and double checked my screen. I know where I ordered but I’ll appease you. The lady in the back kept yelling I don’t have that order. But the app telling me it’s ready. I finally get it and of course, I don’t have everything. No pancakes, no ketchup, no syrup, no steak sauce! I asked for a manager, she/he sends everybody out but her/him. So from now on, I will patronize another IHOP not in my area. Supporting your own can be so difficult. I wasn’t the only one complaining at that time either. The other guy just left with only one of his orders. Get it together!"

"If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Stayed upfront waiting for about ten minutes . The waitress came out saying that general manager had a catering order. That should have been communicated with us upon walking in. I requested the manager several times and she never came. She told the young lady she can take the order and she just sat us down at a table that a cup of empty sugar packets and just had us waiting and my kids didn’t even feel comfortable eating there. With all this terrible reviews and people are still getting subpar service is Franchise owner actually reading the reviews ? There is no change in service"

"The food was good… but the service was HORRIBLE!!!! The waitress was slow and inattentive!!!! The location on Panola Road is pure trash and this location is running a close 2nd. There were empty ketchup bottles on 90% of the tables….I even heard one server make a racist comment… stating that Mexicans that do not speak English well… are not good tippers. The staff was more into interacting with each other… and not the customers…. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! I will not be back… the staff sucks BIG time… they need to be trained!!!!"
