"I ordered a burger on Postmates and it was so cold! The garlic parm fries was old and some were under done! Please stop selling food like this!"
"I have eaten from here twice. I should not have given them a second chance. The second time was the worst. The first time eating here we dined in. The service was bad, the brisket I ordered was extremely salty and they acted like they were scared to put the brisket on the sandwich. There was hardly any in the bread. The second time I did carry out. The girl taking the order was a little rude. The order was incorrect. I paid for garlic parmesan fries, I was given regular fries. The burger I ordered was over cooked and dry and the egg was not cooked properly. The Korean wings I ordered had no sauce on them. I will not waste money here again."

"Giving credit because the flavor of the burger was good compared to Wendy’s. Weird small portion of tomatoes and pickles… Like other reviews noted, they don’t pay attention to details of online orders. The burger comes with sauce. I asked for it on the side. Didn’t get it at all. Also, they put bacon on one of the burgers although it doesn’t come with bacon. Not sure who is making the orders but they should be retrained. Fries were also overcooked but I feel like they would have been ok if I got them while dining in. Too risky to order again."
