"I will never come to this location again. The environment there is so uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in, nobody greeted me. Everybody just looked at me as if I wasn't supposed to be there. Then I walk to the counter and again the person at the drawer was just looking at me and looked back down. Someone else not even at the register asked if I was picking up replacing and I said I was placing. Then the guy at the register told me to go ahead with my order and immediately two other females start fussing at him about taking my order telling him he need to count his drawer down And stop trying to take orders.... It was just ghetto and unprofessional. I walked out so quick and went 0.2 mi down the street to the other waffle House where they have a 4.0 rating with over 1,000 reviews. They need to train this location because the experience is night and day."

"I don't remember the name of the young lady who took our order but she was super sweet, very friendly & patient! (Monday 6/5/23 12:17pm) We stopped here to eat on our way to Florida, had a group of 7 so a fairly big order. She had wonderful customer service and the order was correct, fresh and delicious once when received it. Not a long wait either! Hopefully the manager can give her acknowledgement on her great service!)"
