Pizza Hut 6055 Old National Highway, College Park, GA 30349

"I pre-ordered my Pizza for a pick up time of 11:15. We arrived to pick it up at 11:30. The only good thing I have to say is that the Pizzas were ready. My boyfriend neglected to check the Pizzas before he walked out of the store and what I received was the worst Pizza I've ever paid for. Both Pizzas were burnta and one of them was completely wrong. If it weren't for the fact that I had just left the hospital and wasn't feeling my best I would've give back to return them. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had at this location. The 1st time I chalked it up to just being one time thing but I see now that this is the norm. Never again will Pizza Hut on Old National get my business. If I could give them 0 stars I would."

"That Asia girl is rude and unprofessional. I can't believe y'all hired someone with no customer service skills at all!!! I always have problems from this store and she made it so I'll never order from there again. Pizza Hut used to be great, it sucks now because of people like her!!!"

"I placed my order via the app around 730. I requested the text update option and was told my order would originally be delivered around 7:56 pm. Shortly after that, I got an update that my pizza would be delivered at 8:20 pm. I got an update that my Dasher was turning into my subdivision and would coordinate a handoff. The next I got was that my pizza had been delivered. However it had not. When I tried to call the number to reach the Dasher, I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. Horrible customer service! Horrible experience! Pizza Hut needs to go back to in house drivers!!"

"Idk who running the store now but I’m not ordering no more unless I pick it up this is my go to store for fridays and weekdays I work late but lately they having been sending played over food last order I got bread sticks instead of cheese sticks they phone always off or not answered you get the call center smh look this food like come on be fr"

"This location always stresses me out. Last night I ordered at 5:58 pm and my estimated delivery was 9:58pm which is absolutely ridiculous. The food ended up arriving at 9pm which is still terrible especially considering I live a mile away but the worse part is always the presentation. The wings were never tossed it always looks as if they poured the sauce in the container and slapped a sticker on it. The plastic cup of marinara was sitting on top of the food and the pizza was somehow half baked but the crust was burnt. I know they work hard and they might get overwhelmed but it still sucks to feel like my money was wasted."
