"This location is very good at providing fresh and hot food made to order, and not just the usual cold food sitting and waiting for you to arrive. Great owner and staff. The one area they could improve upon is the fries are never really filled correctly. But in comparison to MANY of the other surrounding Wendy's, if the fries are an issue ask them to fill them normally they will or just order two if your in a rush."

"Terrible. Walked inside for our free frosties and was rudely berated by the manager for not using the touch screens. Telling him we were using our coupons he just walked away- wow. Oh and he never came back. 3 people ahead of us, two walked out, no one could get the screens to work either. Then the woman taking orders also left and never came back. My kids and I waited patiently for 10 min before an employee who was clocking out allowed me to explain and called over someone to get our frosty. I have never ever been so poorly treated. I don’t know how this place is in business. Makes me wonder how they are treating your food if that’s how they treat people -gross! Clearly the drive thru is their priority but still the attitude and the hostility was so unnecessary. Obviously never going back- not even for free stuff."

"This location is terrible. If you are trying to eat Wendy's map elsewhere. Go up to ten minutes out of your way if you must. Forgot my child's meal twice. In a row. Countless other times items were missing. But a WHOLE SANDWICH? included the fries and drink so I know it went through. They are a scam."

"Went inside where they have the kiosk but it doesn’t accept tap. Which is an inconvenience being that I had to wait until people who were in the regular line was waited on to pay which also means I received my order after them. They do have the remix drink machine. Lobby area was clean. They have a 100 on their health score. The staff was blah but that’s ok it’s fast food right !"

"This Wendy’s a n Holcomb bridge road is pretty good. The service was good for a Friday night. The only downside of this Wendy’s location is that you have to order through the kiosk. One of the kiosk wasn’t working so ended up being a line inside the store…."
