"As you can see from my Google reviews I get around a lot. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a while. The set up is very nice the DJ and hype man was very good on a Saturday night. However, upon arrival it was a total of six people in the lounge at 10 PM the waitress came over I wanted to order teriyaki wings the waitress and for me they did not have teriyaki hot or Amao but only lemon pepper in jerk flavor. I said no just bring me a drink I got the Haven Paradise & cheesesticks. which was pretty good not really strong but good. My girlfriend ordered lemon pepper wings and a drink, my other homegirl ordered a drink and a hookah. My last girlfriend came in an hour later she did not order anything. So Now two of my friends are leaving they get their bill they PAID their bill out. I asked the waitress to bring me One more drink. As the DJs started playing my song. After 30 more minutes I ask for my bill it was $68 excuse me ma’am why it’s my bill $68 for two drinks in the order of cheese sticks the waitress charge my bill for everyone even though I had already PAID! Why are you double charging us ma’am? As I try to explain it to her she was not trying to hear it so I told her I will walk out of here and pay nothing if you try to make me pay an ENTIRE bill I did not create. Luckily one of my friends came back and one was still with me and had to explain to the waitress for 15 minutes! My girlfriend who already left and paid sent a picture of her receipt where she paid!! THIS is totally unacceptable, if you don’t like your job and you don’t make enough tips don’t overcharge people. She seem to be new and I had planned on tipping her WELL because she was doing the best she could (so I thought) but pulling STUNTS like that is bad business for the establishment and Karma will come back to you. I will never visit this place again! I am an actress and I was already looking at the venue to host my premiere party but absolutely NOT! NEVER AGAIN!!! I attached copies of my CORRECTEF receipt for proof that I really was there"

"Went here on a Friday night. I got there early like around 7 to meet with a friend & it was pretty empty but great ambiance & music. They had a full line of drinks & hookah. It’s very spacious inside. You don’t have to worry about parking b/c is free & has huge lot in complex. As the night went on it started filling up and got packed quicked. There’s a lot of seating; booths and the dance floor is also spacious. Great Bathroom attendants. I ordered a burger & fries while I was here. The burger was good but the fries seemed to be fried hard. My bartender Kim was cool w/a great sense of humor & suggestions when it came to drinks & hookah flavor."

"We were there for a birthday party. (Birthday girl in photo.) Good parking, has plenty of inside space with a dance floor. They have good prices on food, drinks and hookahs. V.I.P bottle service and spots are good prices. Staff was great. They even let us put up some decorations. Great DJ!"

"We had a great event here over the holidays! The staff was friendly and easy to work with, and gave us an awesome semi-private space overlooking the dance floor. The drinks were delicious and creative, and everyone enjoyed the food as well. We will definitely be back!"

"I celebrated my birthday here at Haven. We had a WONDERFUL time. From the DJ on the 1s and 2s, to the staff, to the pricing of items, to the comfortable seating, everything was fantastic. Hookahs were off the chain. Great Flavors! Food was Delicious! I enjoyed myself so much that I left close to closing. Great atmosphere, Clean surroundings...what more can you asked for. Our waitress, man she was on point. Taking so many orders and didn't get anything mixed up. You Home Girl! Me and my crew definitely will be back! Maybe one day I will meet the owner to personally thank him for a wonderful birthday experience❤"
