Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"This zaxbys has to be the worst. We waited patiently in the drive thru for atleast 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us but that's not even the bad part. Finally get to the window to get our drinks which one was supposed to be peach tea and the other was a watered down coke. I mention that I had a peach tea and had received a regular sweet tea she apologized and thought I was just gonna leave in alone...no i want the peach tea i paid an extra dollar for. She asked for the sweet tea I had already drank from back...(CROSS CONTAMINATION) Get home for food that was thrown together barely any sauce on my kickin chicken with fries that were still Raw I kid you not. Saying this place is terrible is an understatement. And lastly I wish I would have gotten the workers name because she was rude af."

"30 minutes in a drive-thru and my order was incorrectly taken, my food is not correct and I did not get what I paid for. This consistently happens at this location (Ellenwood, GA on Anvil Block). I ordered a wings and things, go big. No large cups. My large fry, which normally comes in a small separate box in addition to what's on the tray, was missing. I asked about it and they provide 8 extra fries in a box. I go in and the young lady on the inside states that I was given the appropriate fries for the meal. This is the only meal I eat at Zaxby's and I'm well aware of what comes on it. The young lady in the drive-thru didapologize for her error, which is admirable. I had to end up asking for a refund because I will not pay extra money and get less than what I consistenly receive at other locations. Terrible job on Zaxby's part. Consistency is key."

"The food and service was straight... But the drink machine needed to be cleaned up and was out of many options. The lobby needed to be straightened up too .. now it was late evening when I went to pick up my order but the place could be kept a lil better. The service time was quick. I had two minor corrections to my order about things left out. The counter agent fixed it fast and without issue. The bathroom was decent..."

"I don’t know what happened to this location but it has really gone down in the past year. The wait times are ridiculous, the service is bad and the food?? Horrible. We just ordered the Chicken Philly combos with extra cheese and not only were there no onions on the sandwich, there was literally NO cheese on our sandwiches, and they were cold. The fries too. We had to add our own cheese and that just made it worse. Zaxbys is too expensive to not receive great food. VERY disappointing."

"I made an online order today. And decided to call and request that 2 of my sides be changed and I guess that was a bit much for the team members on this shift. Because Their costumer service was extremely poor and unprofessional and super unwelcoming. I ordered a 6 chicken finger plate / GO big order. Just for the order to be arrived and have 3-4 items missing( Drink , 4 instead of 6 fingers no season on the fries and no sauce ). I do not recommend this store location at all."
