"The customer service is horrible here. I placed an online order arrived at the location 30 mins prior to closing and the doors were locked. The 2 associates continued to talk and didn’t acknowledge me or the other customer at the door. They proceeded to clean and eventually turn the lights out. Mind you my order was paid for already and the funny part is that they both left with food in their hands."
"On the door it says they supposed open at 9 am, it is 9:51 am, they are inside but saying they are closed. This make no entire sense at all. On Google maps it says they are suppose to open at 7 am, I give benefit of that being wrong since locally operated but not being open that the hours say on the door is unacceptable."
