"This was my first visit to a KFC restaurant. I had never been here before, and my first experience was at the KFC located in this place where I am writing this review now. Of course, I placed my order through the KFC app without approaching the counter. The estimated wait time was 5 minutes, but as usual, I arrived to pick it up and waited another 5 minutes. Why do you indicate one time for pickup and then I receive it at a completely different time? The next day, I also stopped by to pick up my order, which I placed through the app, and again encountered a 5-minute wait. The order was placed at 10:55, and I received it around 11:00. Then I encountered an entrance problem as all the doors were closed. I tried the window for order pickup, but it was closed too. After walking around the entire restaurant, I found an open door and was asked who let me in, as all the doors were supposed to be closed. I explained the situation, and I was asked to leave. After a long wait, I was finally let in, and my order turned out to be damp due to the thermal packaging. After eating, I went to the bathroom and was shocked by its dirtiness. This is unacceptable; why don't you maintain cleanliness in the bathrooms? I will attach photos for clarity. Perhaps the same situation exists in the kitchen. It's terrible that the faucets are leaking, even though they can be easily replaced. I am also surprised that KFC management does not respond to negative customer reviews. I hope my review will be read, and you will take measures to improve the situation. I did not intend to offend anyone, but it is important for me to emphasize the problems I encountered. First - long wait times for orders, and second - insufficient cleanliness. I expect better service from such a large company."

"Came through drive thru. Ordered a family 16 mix,, added a wrap . Got to the window was told it was a wait on chicken . Asked for a cup of ice only .. was told the ice cup was same price as a drink.. the prices are what they are . But considering I was the only one in Drive thru Maybe 3 parked cars , I would like to think I could get some ice while I wait .. like come on now ."

"So I get there line is long but inside not too bad so I go in the Lil girl says they don't have nuggets for a kids meal so I ask if I can get a leg like they use to have for the kids meal she said the leg is 3.50 and then charged me for a kids meal I told her absolutely NOT! She was not understanding that I was not about to pay almost $4 for a leg only! They meal I got the chicken was so greasey and the potatoes had big lumps in them. I'm good on this location"

"The service person was trying to work on too many customers orders at the same time. She original gave me a lemonade that was water and I gave it back. She said the machined dispensed it as such. So, I asked for a root beer. She started it and stop it when it started to froth up. She started to work on someone else's order. I finally said, if you get me my root beer I will be out of here. Another tech brought the root beer while the original tech tried to explain the issue. The chicken was over cooked.,"
