And it doesn't matter if you go into the store or use the drive thru. The response is always, "Nah, we ain't got none of that. Maybe in 30 minutes...""

"Cashier was friendly and patient, food came out quick and fresh. Everything was delicious. The lobby was very tidy. My only complaint is that the entire lobby floor is slick. Not grimy or dirty. Looked freshly mopped, but I could ice skate in my tennis shoes on a dry floor, lol."

"I went to KFC today December 21, 2023 at 5:38 pm order 2pc white meat original with coleslaw with no drink I get to the window I was charge for 2pc combo with drink so I told the young man just give me the drink I thank him and went on my way. I have order plenty of times without a drink and will be cheaper. You want what you want, nobody else should give you what they want you to have. When I get home ready to eat my dinner this evening I had 2 hard pieces of chicken wings and a hard biscuit. I stay to far to return i just threw it in the trash ,I will not be visiting KFC no time soon."

"I went through the drive threw today and I ordered my food, and when I got home to eat my food, I noticed that when I got home to eat the fries they gave me taste stale I tried to call three times they do not answer the phone very upset. They are not fresh at all taste like they have been sitting all day and they are hard"
