"Came here because it had good reviews, but man, this place sucks. I got 10 wings, seasoned fries, and a can soda.... for $25. I could've gotten the same thing at Touchdown wings for $16. Publix has better wings to be completely honest. The seasoned fries weren't seasoned at all. They were caked up in something that had no flavor. I was served my food by this cool robot, but it was dirty. Then my food came in To-go boxes and bags when I dined in and I ate off a paper plate - I thought that was pretty lazy. Really hate to complain, but I wasted my money here."

"Normally, when I order from here, the chicken is hot and still crunchy. Unfortunately, today is not the case. First off, I can tell the wings used weren't fresh, and they weren't coated with the sauces I ordered. On top of that, the chicken was cold and most likely reheated to satisfy an order. I was not happy, especially since I was looking forward to eating this crunchy delight. Then, the shrimp shumai was bland and was thrown into the carryout container. As a customer, I appreciate the time and attention to my order, and I will know if no effort was put in. I won't be ordering from here for a while, but the food should be consistently cooked to order and fresh."
