"I was at the counter for over 10 minutes to pay for my order when I had inquired with an associate about not apologizing for the wait or even acknowledging someone at the counter if you’re completing another task. His response was I was busy. When my order was completed he just stated my name place the order on the counter and walked away. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get assistance from any associate in order to request condiments for food. I have lived in this area for over 14 years and I have never received such horrible service. I will drive to another location before I ever come back to this one"
