"The African American gentlemen working at the location were nice and very professional, and the pizza was made properly and was nice and hot. I think it's just the recipe itself that's not giving. It's not bad tasting, it's just not a pie I'd write home about."
"I arrived early for my takeout order and the young man said it would be five more minutes which I fully expected. After ten more minutes I asked the manager to make sure they added garlic butter when the pizza came out. After ten more minutes, the manager asked me my name. My order was never even made. I asked for a refund because I had groceries in the car and had already waited 20 minutes. No apology or offer to make it right. The most unprofessional staff I’ve encountered in many years. I won’t be giving them my business again."
