IHOP

"Come here often. Came with our 7 year old granddaughter for her birthday. We were told we had to order from the regular priced menu so our granddaughter could eat free. When we told our waiter we have always ordered from the senior menu she said let me check with the manager. The manager Von who was 10 feet away told her loud enough so we could hear that we couldn't order from the senior menu because it was discounted "that's just common sense" she said. I asked to speak to Von and she finally came over and said she wasn't making the comment to us about common sense, she meant it towards our waitress. I know what I saw and heard and it was directed at both us and our waitress. Von was very unprofessonal and condescending in how she handled the situation. Our waitress Cece was very professional, polite and provided excellent service. Von needs to be retrained or replaced!"

"When arriving at 2:29 am exhausted from driving all night. Wasn’t welcomed at all in the way how ihop normally operates. Night time or not workers should be approachable without feeling like me ( the customer ) uncomfortable. As if I’m interrupting a conversation. The employee I was talking to seemed uninterested and not polite at all. It’s cold and stingy here. Gross atmosphere, unwelcoming. Will not be visiting again. Needs a whole new management and cleanliness to the whole building. Also for the portions of the food per price is just astronomical. With the economy of how it is right now ihop is just failing."

"Service was good, food ok. Pancakes were fluffy and tasty. The hollandaise sauce on the Benedicta was much too sour sour."

"This is my favorite restaurant. The food was delicious and served hot. Quiet and clean restaurant. Eating from a quiet environment is also comforting to the mind. Very very good customer service. They speak kindly to us.. There is also a parking facility in front of it."
