"I've been coming to this location for two years almost every single day. I always ordered the same thing. The staff are all very friendly and most know what to order me without me even telling them. I love that! I wonder why they don't have points or some system that lets you earn free food by visiting. Id have a bunch of points!"

"The service was horrible. We we could not understand the person taking our drive thru order, the person sounded like they had rocks in their mouth. The order was incorrect and she it was brought to the managers attention who was also working the pick up window she had a attitude. The customer service at this location was horrible. My food was good but customer service goes a long way and nasty service will not get my business again."

"First let me start with the rude disrespectful woman that is taking orders through the drive through. I see a lot of others have experienced this as well and it’s sad to say as a business this has been allowed. I drove off because I refuse to give my money to someone who chose to work in this industry who should in fact have top of the line great customer service. If she is unhappy with her life she should reevaluate her choice in job and life decisions. I called to make a complaint and no one answered the the phone. I also will be contacting your corporate office about this as well, this is sad and ridiculous."

"Avoid the Bojangles on South Cobb drive near 285. They are inadequately staffed, they have the front door locked so you can't go in and are forced to go through the drive-thru, which is super slow. I got two steak biscuits and the biscuits were not fully cooked..... There was still raw dough in the middle. I've got a good mind to go fill out an application."

"Lets start with the attitude from the female who took the order said What do you want? Not may I take your order. No customer service at all. The chicken was hot but was not cooked completely. Couldn't take it back because I purchased it on the way back home to Michigan. The atmosphere was very loud and unprofessional."
