"Horrible experience, ordered a pizza online and was greeted by an employee who was taking orders up front who proceeded to go packages pizzas without washing his hands or using gloves after taking payments. He then proceeded to argue with me about not giving me garlic sauces which are shown as 1 coming with the pizza online and tried to say it doesn’t come with it despite me showing him the pizza online. Just asked for a refund, I’m glad the managers of this branch have put some kid in charge with no customer service skills or food service skills. Under no circumstance, is it okay to argue with a customer especially when you’re in the wrong. Will never come back to this location. Disgusting all around."

"Paid for a $25 pizza and got what looked to be their $8.99 pizza, driver was gone had no way to take the pizza back AND it was undercooked couldn’t throw it in an oven. Let’s just say I didn’t eat. Delivery driver was rude. GLAD I DIDN'T TIP ONLINE which i usually do."

"This last delivery was the last straw. I Ordered pizza, dessert, and a 2 liter. I only received a pizza. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve received an order with missing items. Also the delivery person “tapped” on my door and then left my pizza on the ground. I only heard them tap because I happened to be by my front door sweeping the foyer. And why would you leave my food outside on the ground in 30• weather at that?? Would you want someone to do that to your food? And no, I did not opt for contactless delivery. This place consistently delivers failed expectations. When I’ve called about the issues, the managers were always polite and offered credits or a refund which I appreciate; however, the root of the issue needs to be addressed. Any business should focus on being proactive not reactive."

"My pizza was delivered like it was tossed upside down and thrown. I called immediately and the rep who answered the phone did not apologize; just asked if I want to remake it or refund. I immediately gave him direct feedback and advised he was rude and customer service goes a long way. I did tell him I understand if he is busy however my interaction should not suffer. I did advise him he should have first apologized and not reacted like I did something wrong. I then asked could I get an email or text verifying the refund and he put me on hold to speak to his “manager.” When he came back on the line, he then said I would get an email. I attached pictures of the pizza and driver. Papa Johns you lost a customer! Stop using door dash, what happen to your in house drivers?!?! & retrain your people with simple common decency!!!! I know his mother taught him better! Update: never gave refund had to go up to store and speak to a manager to get a refund. Bad service & lied too! Corporate needs to visit this location asap."

"This is more a recommendation since this is the first not-so-great experience I’ve had. If you order boneless Buffalo wings, I recommend ordering extra sauce. There was so little on my order it was essentially just chicken nuggets (you can pay considerably less for that and the same qty at McDonald’s). Outside of this disappointing experience, I will say I’ve always had consistently good service from the app, the local shop and the drivers."
