Papa Johns Pizza

"I called three times and no pick up. I go into the store and order two pizzas and as the two male workers are making my pizza I see them throw dough and play around. I recieve my pizzas to see they didn’t make it how I ordered it. When I told the worker he said to me “ you didn’t order that” and I repeated “yes I did” and he proceeded to tell me “ No, you didn’t.” Even if I had not ordered it, it didn’t cost much to just fix it. Terrible customer service."

"Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza for delivery and the cheese was not all the way melted. I called to discuss with someone about my pizza not being fully cooked. They hung up the first time. The second time I was able to speak with someone and they just told me to get the pizza well done next time to make sure it was cooked. He then proceeded to say the pizza was frozen and that is why it did not cook. Don’t recommend this location."

"They always seem to put marinara sauce in my breadstick box when I request cheese, but are always happy to provide the cheese when we check. Younger kids working here but they appear to be the "good ones" providing good service and hardworking. The Twix breadsticks looked different than avertised but tasted delish!!"

"My family and I ordered for delivery and it states it will be approximately 45 min. No problem we put a show on for our 8 year old, while waiting. 50 min later I get a notification that our order has been delivered. I check no order. I give it 10-15 before calling because I see it's being delivered by door dash. Again no issue seeing I order quite a bit from papa John's.... another 20 min goes by and my husband calls the store, the manager is not very helpful and she stated there is no idea of her knowing where the order is, or even if it's delivered so she cannot guarantee our food. Almost like a "I don't really care" attitude. She mentioned they have no drivers for this location and this was her only option. I am very understanding, yet how can a huge corporation send out food and have absolutely no information on where it is. It has now been 3 hours since I ordered. No food and she didn't even want to give my money back. I will never order from here again, which sucks because like stated before I order here at least once a week. No longer for me. Next time I'll put my 8 year old on the phone so you all can tell her there will be no dinner tonight."

"Ordered from this location many times and more recently the employees have become less and less friendly. Once waited 10 minutes to pick up my order while one employee was just standing and looking at the ready orders the whole time. Most recent order the pizza was stuck to the tray and instead or remaking or taking off the tray they just put the pizza in the box with the tray. The only thing I like about Papa John’s is the cost which I guess you get what you pay for."
