"used to love this place as a kid. not a single clean table, floors a mess. i understand not having servers after covid but at least keep the place sanitary. overheard a conversation of a woman not getting her shake after a whole hour of waiting for it. looking around there’s shakes, food treys, and spilt drinks on empty tables. if being understaffed is the issue, the owners won’t have to worry about that for long. this place doesn’t seem like it’ll stay open much longer."
"Ordered a bacon steak burger meal and some chicken tenders. Burger and fries were cold, but… THE CHICKEN WAS RAW. Called the store and was hung up on 3 times. Corporate number for customer service has been disconnected. Don’t eat here."
"Ate here for dinner before trick-or-treating. It was empty. Place was decent in cleanliness. No one greeted us and no one takes your order anymore. You order from a kiosk then they call you number when food is ready. The food was good. Shakes come in a nice frozen glass still. Love it."
"I guess it's been a while since I was here last. Didn't know it's self order, self-serve. Order machines took too long to figure out, so we went through the drive thru, got our food, and took it inside to eat! They have tables outside to eat on also. The place was dirty, tables not wiped. The bathroom was gross! Used to be a cool place to go to eat a burger. Now, it just feels generic , like the place lost its personality. Food is pricey when you don't have coupons."
