"The line was medium to long when I visited the Shake Shack in Terminal A, but the service was quick and the wait wasn't bad. They were definitely busy, which is always a good sign for an airport restaurant. When my order was ready, there was a small mix up and I was given a Double Shack Burger instead of the Double SmokeShack I had ordered. However, it was fine because this burger was absolutely delicious - cooked to perfection and very juicy and flavorful. It may have been the best burger I've had from Shake Shack, even better than locations I've been to in DC, NYC, and Birmingham. The fries that came with it were also hot and crispy, with a great taste. If you have time for a quick, tasty burger while in the Atlanta airport, I'd highly recommend stopping at this Shake Shack. It gets 4 out of 5 stars from me!"

"1st off the girls at the counter act like they didn't know what a hamburger was on the menu they acted soo lost it clearly says Hamburger. Really it was super Sad service. Me and the other people that was waiting on our food had so much to say about the customer service it was HORRIBLE!! If I come back I would not want to go to this shop, the food was great but please yall need to train your workers a bit better on instructions and greeting people when they approach. They had no smile no hello they looked as if they didn't even want to be working. Please Do Better!!!"

"It sucks working in the airport and having to deal with this. The lines are long, wait time for food is even longer and the food still doesn’t come out fresh. I literally ordered a shack burger, add onions lettuce and EXTRA PICKLES. With NO SAUCE . Told them my order was wrong……….no one tried to fix it, let alone apologized . It just isn’t a great place for how pricey it is. From customer service down to the food quality."
