"Asked me to keep repeating my order so I drove to the window because I was tired of repeating myself & still had to repeat myself at the window for the 3rd time. The Sunday night employees were completely rude. Just would not recommend this place at all."

"I don’t know why we came here… This is the worst Wendy’s in the world…. The food was disgusting, I took one bite and couldn’t finish… I wasted $50… If you can’t hire people that care about the food they are serving people, CLOSE THE DOORS!!!! It takes 2 1/2 minutes to cook fries, why were mine cold? Management needs to take control of their staff and make sure they live by the original slogan, “Quality is our recipe.” Because what we just ate I wouldn’t feed to my dogs…. FYI - I have a family of 6 people…."

"When we pulled tonorder it took associate more than a few minutes to realize we were there. There were no cars in the line. Once we got to the window we notice the young man on his phone with no to care for the customers. Behind him there were 3 others boys behind the counter clearly not working and not in wendys uniform. We wait about 15 minutes for COLD food. We were not able to go back but I wish I could get my money. I don't recommend this store to anyone."

"Horrible. Had a coupon for baconators, but apparently none of the employees know their menu. After trying to correct at the window, we still received baconators with 1 patty each, even though they are supposed to come with 2. Terrible service, won’t be back"

"Don't waste your time here, I wish I never had gone. The man at the drive thru window did not any words to me at all except "20.49". No hi, hello, nothing. A simple please and thank you can carry an interaction a long way. I said thank you and the window was slammed in my face. And of course my order was wrong when I checked. I'd be less annoyed at having to go inside if I had gotten decent service, but no. The cook handed me a the correct burger and I did think it was odd it didn't feel warm to the touch like the wrong one did. Got home and it was dry and disgusting so I figured I was given an old out of temp garbage burger. :( What happened to decent customer service?? If I'm spending my hard earned money at an establishment, I don't want to be treated like this. Cost of living keeps going up so restaurants should be thrilled when they get business and give good service to paying customers."
