"Got two bowls of stoup instead of bulk soup like I ordered, went in and talked to the girl who was on duty as manager or acting. And was told that’s a quart sorry . when I could’ve ordered the same thing under a meal and got it for seven dollars, instead on $19.00 and then you called to speak to a manager and it goes to a voicemail that is full . Will not eat here again!!!"
"We love McAlister's food! Beware when ordering online rather than dining in. Always check your bag when picking up online orders as many items were wrong and necessary condiments (au jus) were missing. This location is hit or miss with pick up orders; dine in when able."
"My wife likes coming here. The food is actually not to bad. But the service is super slow. Your better of ordering in advance and pick it up. But always check to make sure they got the right order. Also if you dine in or picking up they charge a fee which I dont like. Hey it is what it is."
"My wife and I decided to come here with less than an hour until they closed. I feared that being so close to closing time that the food might not be fresh so close to closing. I was completely wrong. First we walked in and the restaurant was very clean. We were greeted by some very nice younger ladies. They answered a couple of questions and we ordered. Less than 3-4 minutes later, our food arrived at outlet table. My wife is Gluten-Free and they had GF bread. She ordered the “Pick 2” and got a Half sandwich/Half salad combo. I got the Reuben and Mac-n-cheese. They food came out very fresh and portions were plenty. Quality of the food was excellent and the staff were very nice. We’ll definitely come back here."
