"I have been to this establishment numerous times and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Today, when I entered the restaurant I was greeted with a nice warm welcome. The place smelled good and my food came out quick and accurate. Gabby made this experience significant with her great attitude. She assisted me with my order and did an amazing job. I will be returning to this establishment. Thanks for the great service."

"This is a nice spot with a neighborhood feel to it. The employees were friendly, the atmosphere wasn't lit but it was still early. I ordered wings, sweet potato fries, and ribs they were tasty."

"Do not waste your time or money. Was there for 90 minutes. 15 minutes for the menu, 30 more minutes to get the food, and another 30 minutes to get the check. It took a hot 15 minutes to eat the food, that was wrong because she wrote our order on a napkin. My husband even asked her if she was going to get it right because she was scribbling it out on the napkin. They wait five minutes before they bring out the food to tell us that there’s no hamburger buns and only Texas toast and asked if we wanted to change our order. After waiting this long why bother. At least toast the bread?? Guess not. The service is horrible. Absolutely atrocious. When do you ever know a JR Crickets to be 80% empty in the middle of a Saturday afternoon? What a rookie move on my part. I brought the check back because it was wrong and I took it upon myself to stand at the register and not give her an opportunity to disappear again. With her ghetto fabulous self, she put on a 20% gratuity on the check and said hit click to continue and tapped my card before I even knew she gave herself a 20% tip. I glared at her because she knew what she did. Sad."
