"**Update on 12/3… I’ve been coming to this WF with my kids since my 1st post of 5 stars, but my last visit on Saturday was my last at that location. The waitresses are always great and Kennedy was amazing as usual on Sunday, but there was hair on my daughter’s bacon. We looked at the cook and it definitely was from his beard. Kennedy was so embarrassed and tried to make it right, but it wasn’t her fault. I just wanted to make her aware. I still tipped HER $10, but we were over it once another cook with long beard and hair came from the back, ran his fingers through his hair and placed his hat back onto his head, then started cutting a tomato. We then stopped eating, paid, and left. Although I enjoy the customer service, the cooks need better hygiene. Definitely wear hair nets dealing with food. _______________________ I love this Waffle House. The staff is always so pleasant and family friendly. Like you can tell they like their job! The customers are even everytime to me AND my toddlers! Very comfortable atmosphere. The food is always fast to come out and tastes so good! I drive past 2 locations just to eat at this location anytime I want Waffle House and I work in Customer Service so it’s great being on the other end when the service is great!"

"Server didn't check on us or ask for refills. There was only 1 other table and 1 togo, so not busy at all. There was no grits available and we got plastic fork and knives. All this after I informed her this was the second waffle house we'd tried this evening since gingercake's server left and the cook refused to take orders. Very disappointing all around."

"Won’t be heading back to this location any time soon. Several tables still had dirty dishes on them and the cleared tables didn’t even appear to be wiped off. (We were the only customers in there at the time and had to figure out which table to sit at. ) Our orders were not correct and listening to others who ordered before we left, their orders also were not correct. Including a phoned in order. The floor was dirty! Menu’s, what looked like gray plastic dishes holders were on the floor behind the counter, napkins, yellow order slips and other items remained on the floor the whole time we were there. Staff walked by ALL these items several times and made no effort to pick them up. Also a garbage can was in the middle of the floor, right next to a table with dirty dishes. (Maybe it was catching condensation from the AC vent from above) This location was our ‘go to’ whenever we wanted breakfast, for dinner. Well…. Time for a change. This location did not meet the standard of a Waffle House we’ve been accustomed to."
