"I asked for my cheese to be melted on my Krystal burgers. It was hot and fresh. The bread was soft and not stale or crunchy it accommodated the melted cheese. The fries was hot and delicious."

"I just went to the drive through at the crystals. In morrow I sat there for about 5 minutes. Nobody answered the speaker. There's a note to call the manager if you don't get timely service. So I called the manager and the you're in a young lady. Answers tells me that they're closed. You would think if they were closed. They would put a close sign on the front of the building and on the doors as well as drive through. I don't understand today's people the way they think the way they do business customers. Customer service is at an all time below common sense is pretty much gone."

They gave me a spoon full of gravy a the biscuit was not fresh and hard at the bottom I also ordered hashbrowns and they literally only gave me five little pieces."
