"Edit** I went tonight and ordered their new grilled cheese spicy steak nacho fries…I paid almost $6 and they gave me the smallest portion AND left off the jalapeños. Picture included. Don't go after 11pm on weekdays. The staff is notoriously slow and rude. I have had to contact Taco Bell corporate to complain and when I was mailed coupons to use, this store didn't seem to want to accept them at first. They literally take 1 car at a time. You will wait at the speaker box while there is 1 car at the window and only until that car at the window leaves will they take your order at the speaker box. They are literally trying to do as little work as possible. They also like to skimp on the portions. $5 for a chicken quesadilla and it's only got chicken on half of it...come on."

"I shared this with the manager of this particular Taco Bell. I advised her that this is the cleanest and most professional Taco Bell that I have ever visited. The restrooms were even super clean. Food, Service, Atmosphere left nothing to be desired for. They gave you all that you expect from a local fast food service provide. Way to go Taco Bell on Mt. Zion."

"Worst Taco Bell ever! It wasn’t even the food honestly it was the ghetto, unprofessional employees. Gave a little bit of food then proceeded to get upset when I asked for my money’s worth. Manager refunded me with an attitude, snatched the food from my hands and tossed it in the trash afterwards. Disgusting service, needs all new staff or just to shut down."

"One of the stars is for the customer service. If it had not been for that, I would have given 2 stars. The soft taco is loaded with vegetables and VERY little meat. The meat now has a weird texture as if they have changed the recipe or supplier. It looks like dog food. The Mexican pizza looked different from the most recent time I went on last week. The shell was a lot darker than what I had originally. I'm not sure if each person is making it differently. Also, I look at health scores. They have a paper in the window with a 100 and A, but NO details are filled out. I'm very sure this is not ethical. I visited on 9-22-2022 around noon and 9-16-2022 around 7 PM."
