"I love this location, but wish it had a drive through. I always order with the mobile app so I can skip the line. The employees are always friendly & efficient. Sometimes they are slammed and they still always do a good job taking care of everyone. The orange chicken & super greens are my favorite."

"Customer service was awful. She was listening to anyone. Kept preparing the wrong items for Customer which caused the line to back up. Other employee was just watching no team work effort at all . This was my first bad experience at a Panda Express."

"Panda Express is wonderful! The food is always fresh, and the bustle to serve every customer to his or her satisfaction is always happy. The last time i was there, i had the warming and wonderful experience of being gifted a heartwarming smile from an older gentleman behind the scenes. He saw me, and just opened up into a big, heartwarming smile. Wow!!!! That was something!!! 'Create Joy, and share it', is one of the themes of Panda Express, and I experienced it! I am grateful to have them in my area!"

"Good evening, I have been a faithful customer at your Mt Zion, Morrow, Ga location. I walked in tonight and half the choices were out. The "new" owner told me it would be 20 minutes for any food to be ready. I waited 30 minutes then asked where my food was. The new owner said oh I forgot you. He had no food ready at 6pm on a Friday evening. The owner before him was incredible. This was the best panda ever! When I got home there was hair in my food. I have pictures to prove it. I will never go back to this location! The new owner thought all this was funny. I didn't see the humor. The new owner was too busy touching all the young female workers. This was disgusting! I will never come back after 15 years of being a loyal patronage!"

"The food is great, of course. But the service is fantastic! update 8/6 sadly: a lot of the orange chicken pieces was breading, no meat. Fortune cookies left out of to go bag, and service very slow with very long line, I think because of short staff and taking care of uber orders first."
