"Our food was horrible! It was all warm up in the microwave. And they served it on melted plastic. This is not my hometown. Zaxby's. Sorry if it's yours. If we are ever in the area we will not stop in. You should have went to Chick-fil-A!! Look at the picture of my plate. Horrible!"

"Zaxby’s is a favorite of mine, however when you are ordering most of the cashiers are extremely dismissive about your requests. I usually pick up Zaxby’s for my nephew who is differently abled and he has a meltdown if the food touches. This location continually regardless of how you order, how many times you say it, they never get it right.Needless to say it’s always a miss at this location. The cheese bites were chewy. The food was cold even though we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for the food. I can honestly say I was tremendously disappointed. I would also like to note, we don’t eat fries, so we asked for additional coleslaw. Irony, no coleslaw. Oh well, maybe next time!"

"I came in today for a quick lunch on my break from work. I was having a rough day so far but Tonya brightened it right up. Her charming humor and patience with me really made a difference. Thank you for a good lunch and a sweet short little chat!"

"I know some people have good experiences, but we’re frequent customers and we’ve been here 5 times in the last 2 weeks (for example), and there is always an issue. Just today I ordered online, simple meal, got to the store, waited 10 minutes, my to-go order still wasnt in the pickup section. I went up and showed her the online receipt, then she yelled back to start making my order; when did this become their new protocol? There have been nice staff, but there has been a negative change in the last few months."

"Zensation salad was ordered waited for 20 to 30 min due to having to get egg roll cook ,the lettuce was old had brown spots. Spoke to manager he acted shocked. I know I am only one person but will not be going back."
