"Speaking honestly, I would not hope for much if you come to this location. Make sure to check your order - twice. They will mess up multiple times on the same order. They will also make you a lower-priority while fixing the mistake if you let them know they missed items / did something wrong, so you can expect a typical expereince here that SHOULD be quick to take anywhere from 15-30 minutes. The general attitude is dismissive at best, and frequently is just plain disrespectful or rude at worst. Do not expect to hear an "I'm sorry" in any way, shape, or form. Expect multiple items to be out as their machines frequently do not work. Expect to be ripped off if you use the app because they will tell you the difference will be refunded if there are items short in order to get you out of their drivethru / store. DO NOT TAKE THIS LOCATION AT ITS WORD. UNDER ANY SCENARIO. CHECK. EVERYTHING. If you are shorted items / charged extra, get a refund on-the-spot for it, DO NOT take their word for it. The food they make tends to come out underprepared and poor quality, and the convenience of trying to get something fast is juts not worth it at this location. Avoid at all costs; they effectively take your money while not providing the appropriate services and will blatently lie to avoid having to do work. They are disgustingly lazy and they should be ashamed."

"I had an issue with my food and Brandon didn’t hesitate to assist me. He offered a speedy resolution without allowing me to feel any more uncomfortable as a customer bringing my issue to him. Excellent customer service is few these days but this young man should be rewarded. He is definitely management material! Coming from someone whose been in sales management for over 15 years. Thanks Brandon."

"The person working the drive thru was too busy arguing with a customer or on a personal phone call to notice that my Power Menu Bowl was missing the rice and beans. Total bummer..."

"The food was decent and made correctly. All the employees I could see we're sitting down, two in the lobby and another in the office. The guy sitting in the office looked like I was bothering him when I wanted my pick up order. I was missing the drink and the chips and cheese, it was an inconvenience for him to get back up from his resting spot in the office. There was also a drill and other maintenance supplies on the counter and chemicals sitting above food."

"All I asked for is hot and mild sauce… simple…didn’t get any ! What is the point ?? My crunch wrap was not crunchy and had minimal toppings … very disappointing! Irvine corporate office would be ashamed! My crunchy tacos were tasteless … zero taste ! They missed toppings… customer service was meh… I said thank you and didn’t get a response … the girl was too busy speaking another language and giggling … very said and even though we don’t expect much for $12 I want my money back …"
