"This KFC has rude workers. They get mad if you have a large order. Asked for tenders was told the cook was in the bathroom so he doesn’t know how long the wait will be because they were out of tenders. Every-time i come to this location they are rude and have an attitude. Please teach the kids running this location proper customer service. Then i am asked to pull up and have to sit there for 30 mins just for them forget something in my bag. I will not be coming back to this location…."

"Ordered 2 chicken wrap meals. We were asked to pull up to the door and wait. After waiting we received 2 cold meals! If we had to wait, y'all could at least have had hot and fresh food!!! I do not recommend the chicken wraps. They are bland."

"I come to this KFC once or twice a month but today around 12:15pm I had a poor experience with the employee at the window. Initially when placing my order I was cut off before I could finish but that could be due to the intercom system. Once I got to the window, I greeted the employee but received no response. I paid and the employee handed my food. I realized my drink was incorrect. I gave the drink back and it was replaced with the correct drink with the employee quickly attempting to close the window. I had to hurry up and ask for sauce, which he provided begrudgingly. I attempted to thank the employee for my sauce but the window was closed in my face. I was the only one in line. I understand expectations for fast food restaurant customer service is low and maintaining sufficient staff is challenging lately but this experience stood out today. I am a business owner in the area and I was disappointed with my interaction with this employee today."

"This has got to be the Absolute worst chicken I’ve ever received from a KFC. Not fit for Human Consumption. Colonel Sanders would be Shame! On top of that. I called the store to discuss it. The person who answered the phone hug up on me, and wouldn’t answer when I called back several times. I will be calling the Manager tomorrow, not sure if it will help, being that they keep hiring these types of people. This store has Awful customer service, and needs Training. When you Know Better, you Do Better!! P.S. If I could give a 0 I would have!!"
