"I love this Jersey Mike’s location ! I live far from it but drove just to go. All the employees are so sweet, especially one named Rashaud i believe :) My sandwich is always fresh and they are better than the locations closer to me. 10/10"

"Only 2 workers - Thursday Oct 26th @ 1600; both worrying about online orders while there are 6 people in the store in line. I’ve been here now 15 minutes and finally have my order taken. Then a customer comes and asks for her online order. Both of the employees stop and work on HER order while the rest of us are STILL waiting for out sandwiches to be made. No sense of urgency and no customer service. The one at the grill never turns his face to customers. They either need more staff or more training on work ethic and customer service."

"They've reduced the size of their breads, increased prices, and are wasteful with the kids size. They use a mini roll and cut off an inch or two, FOR NOTHING. It's such a waste of product. Why not just make the mini the kids size. My 20 years experience in food service is screaming wasteful and bad customer service. The kids you're hiring to operate your business don't know any better. Just really disappointed in corporate America."

"They always make a great sandwich. Plenty of fresh meat and toppings. Some other sub stores skimp on the meat, so I always go to Jersey Mike's. Love ordering ahead of time to have it ready to pick up, such an easy process!"
