"Guys don’t go to this Location if their employees get your order wrong and literally takes them 15 min for 3 things at the end to have only your coffee ready and wait another 10 min on a beagle that had nothing on it. They will call the police on you and tell them that you wanted to hit them and their life was in danger hahaha because you want your money back. I‘m still in shock even the police didn’t know what to say to this. They showed me their middle finger and lied about things that I can’t imagine as if there were no cameras to expose them but yeah I recorded too gor security purpose next time they will probably say I threatened to kill them hahah such a shame for Dunkin to go this low on your customers that keeps your business running. You are not worth my money anymore #boycotdunkin"

"Avoid this location! Have given this place too many chances. 20 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 coffees. The app falsely claims you can pick up your order in the lobby and go, but then you get here and the lobby is closed. This requires you to wait in an extremely slow drive thru line. Until they can get properly staffed, find another spot for coffee in the morning."

"I always get a large caramel Iced coffee with extra caramel, stevia and oat milk. It is my favorite coffee drink and they did a great job making it."

"Be careful mobile ordering here. I went through the drive thru for a mobile order I already paid for. First off no one came to the intercom even though they just helped the car in from of me. After about 5 minutes I said “hello” and someone answered that their systems were down and they are short staffed. I said okay I just have a pick up. They said nothing. After another 5 minutes I pull up to the window and tell them I just have a pickup order that has already been paid for. They say they don’t have the order. I show them the order on my phone and say well this is what it is assuming they can just make it. They say they can’t make it because the order didn’t come through to them. I say well I already paid for it so what do we do now. The girl says she will go ask, closes the drive thru window and doesn’t come back. Just keeps working inside and helping other customers. I had to leave as I was running late to pick up my son after this 20 minute debacle and I never got my order or a refund."
