"Finally got to try this place for the first time on 1/20/24. Wait was a little long but it was a Saturday night at 7pm so it was understandable and we were happy to wait. We ordered their chi appetizer sampler, the pizza rolls were great, but the mozzarella sticks were just ok and the nachos were cold which we were told was normal so we gave them a shot anyway, and I’d give them a 4/10. We then attempted to order 1 thin crust pizza and 2 of the deep dish pizzas but were told they were out of thin crust so we settled for hand tossed. Shortly after the waitress came back and said they were also out of the deep dish (pan) so we had no choice but to get hand tossed for all the pizzas. This was disappointing because the only reason we tried this place was for some good Chicago style pan pizza, and I can’t understand how a pizza place runs out of not one, but two different crusts. Still, we wanted to be open minded so we rolled with what they had. While the flavor of the pizza was very good, it was undercooked and the cheese underneath wasn’t even melted (see photos). We also tried the large cookie pizza, also very undercooked and basically melted cookie dough. One of the servers also spilled an entire tray of drinks into a patrons purse and I was honestly surprised to see they were given a bill for their food, all things considered. While I’d like to hope that they just had an off night, I’m not sure we will risk trying them again, given the many mishaps we encountered and witnessed. I will say that our waitress was lovely which is why I didn’t give just one star."

"My family and I stopped in for a late lunch. We had a 30-minute wait, which was not bad and to be expected for a Saturday. The service was great. Our waiter was attentive and offered his suggestions. The food was awesome. We ordered several different things and I couldn't decide which I liked the best. The atmosphere was upbeat and what you'd expect in a sportsbar. I highly recommend and will be back."

"My wife and I came for lunch at approximately 1 PM; had a short few minutes wait for a booth; our server Trey was over promptly for drink and appetizer order. The Trio app was great. We opted for the deep dish Chicago 7 — was very good, but this is not a traditional Chicago style pizza; this pizza was more of an elevated Pizza Hut super supreme pizza on a thick crust. This was not at all a deal breaker, but we expected a true Chicago thick deep dish. Overall Trey did a great job and we will be back. Nice little touch— convenient USB charging ports for your phone."

"Initially we try to go on Friday night around 7:00pm and was told there was a 1.5-2hrs wait, which is understandable since it’s a new restaurant and on a Friday night. We decided we would try on the following day for lunch. We were greeted at the door and was promptly seated. Our Waitress Jamie was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She didn’t check on us a lot so we could enjoy our food but check on us enough that we stayed satisfied. We ordered our drinks and some fried pickles. If you like extra crispy pickles these are the ones for you. It comes with a sweet chili dipping sauce. I ordered a side Cesar salad which, is one of the best I have had in a long time and my wife agreed. We split a deep dish pepperoni pizza. The pizza had a good crunch and good flavor. We will definitely be going back."

"We had a great experience here! Food tasted amazing, the building is beautiful, and service is going to be great. There was a short wait, but it was less than they told us. Our waitress was very attentive. They were out of a few things we wanted to order, but we understand growing pains. Their lunch and happy hour specials are priced really well! My husband and I ordered 2 $5 pub pizzas, the spinach artichoke dip, the twisted tender sandwich, and Ma’s lasagna. Everything was so good! The fries and ranch are to die for! We will definitely be back when it slows down a little!"
