Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q

"Jim & Nick's has a great atmosphere and the BBQ I would give a 6,5.. If they didn't serve it with pickles on top it would shoot up to an 8 easily. It has a really good taste and the sauce is good. If you like baked beans then make sure you get some here,, it reminds me of the way my mom made them but she put bacon on top. Their cheese biscuits are good enough that we bought a dozen."

"This isn't my first visit, but I always forget to post. This time, I went through the drive thru and just got 3 lbs of ribs for dinner(had my own sides at home). They are always pretty good. I usually don't like my ribs sauced. I'm more of a dipper, but their sauce is pretty good. And their ribs are lightly sauced, not slathered with sauce dripping everywhere. The sauce is not too sweet or tangy. It pairs perfectly with the ribs, and the pickles are just the icing on the cake. Yum! I've tried the mac n cheese, collards, baked beans, and potato salad, which were all pretty good as well. But the show stopper to me are the cheese biscuits, they are so delicious! The staff is always so friendly(like they actually enjoy their jobs), and I have even had 1 or 2 encounters of getting the wrong food that was handled very professionally by management. Big shot out to assistant manager Tiffany. She is a gem, so don't let her go. If you haven't tried Jim n Nicks, give it a shot, you won't be disappointed."

"My wife was craving barbecue the other night. So we decided to try out Jim and Nick’s a couple of my friends have recommended it and honestly it was actually pretty good. There’s not much of a selection for barbecue in this area and for a chain restaurant, the barbecue was very good. In fact, it was a lot better than some of the mom and Pop places we have tried in the past. The portion sizes were great. The food was very tasty came out at the proper temperature. I would definitely come back."

"I haven't had an issue here yet. Really good food. My mother came with us and for the third time in a row, the ribs were not tender and they were dry. She had to chew on them."

"The overall experience is good. I had the brisket which was a bit dry - had to use the habanero bbq sauce to give it a bit more flavor. The Mac and cheese and potato salad was good. My mom had the pull pork sandwich which she enjoyed - she also reported the corn on the cob and coleslaw where tasty. BBQ for the area is okay - price is fair for the food."
