"Food is decent, as is any chipotle, however the chips were stale and my online order was 20 minutes overdue. In fact, I had to remind them of the order when I arrived, then they prepared it. Poor management and poor training."

"Food is great 7/10 times, but this location is POORLY managed. The staff is not well trained when it comes to food safety - every time I come in, I see an employee touching their face/uniform/hair with the same glove that serves food seconds later. I've also noticed staff members season chicken on the grill and replace empty pans on the line with new ones without wearing gloves whatsoever. I can only imagine what goes on in the back! Seriously, get some managers on the clock who know how to train the staff properly. Other than that, every experience I've had has been good and the food has been great most of the time."

"I stopped giving this location my business for 3 years because of consistently bad customer experiences. Decided to give them a try again 5-6 months ago. Many of the same issues are still there. Understaffed, long wait times and poor service. Paid $15.00 for a burrito. With such poor ratings the owner/operating partner/general manager should be at the front of the counter - I have never seen anyone in the location that makes you think “I run this outfit”. Where are you Chipotle ownership? Let’s find out if you care anything about good customer service. Happy to provide constructive feedback. Let’s see if you are paying attention."

"This is seriously the worst Chipotle I have been to. They are always out of something, staff are incredibly rude, and it takes forever to get your food. For example, I went in this past Friday afternoon to pick up dinner and they said they were out of fajita veggies, which would take at least 45 minutes to make. Maybe I didn’t need veggies that badly and can go without them, but how does it take 45 minutes to make some more? They are really always out of at least one item anyway which is super annoying, but maybe I’m just catching the wrong times. Additionally, upon paying for my food, the lady behind the counter was beyond unprofessional. She had previously slammed the food bag of the customer in front of me down in an aggressive manner, and had an attitude the entire time. As I was paying I said the usual “thank you, have a great day,” etc., to which the employee said absolutely nothing besides “swipe” when I said I had a gift card. Keep in mind there was maybe one other person in the restaurant at this time so it’s not like they were super swamped which I would understand her abrasiveness. Her attitude was completely uncalled for (neither me nor the person in front of me took long to order or anything like that) and it just really caught me off guard. Maybe I’m reading too much into things, but this is definitely the last time I will be returning to this chipotle."

I spent almost $25 to have the order delivered with extra chicken, but the picture speaks for itself in terms of its appearance. It was not cooked properly. Not only was there a lack of extra chicken, but even the regular proportion of rice or chicken was below expectations. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I never know, they must have given me leftovers. I was too scared to eat it and unfortunately had to throw it away. Unbelievable service. They need to put more effort into their work.
