Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings 6801 Studio Way, Union City, GA 30291

"First visit,ordered #2 six piece with coleslaw, fries,and Texas toast. Received ordered quickly, but when I sat down, my six pieces were only five. I took entire meal back, and was given two additional fingers in a separate bag. Employee was very apologetic. My order was packed " to go", even though my husband and I were dining in. If I were in my car and discovered their mistake, it is doubtful whether I would return, so check your order before driving away! Chicken was hot ,and juicy,with a light breading. Fries were hot and plentiful. Texas toast was awful, took one bite and threw away the rest. Coleslaw was tasty. Zax sauce was very sweet and unappealing. Tables in dining room were all dirty, my husband and I found the least dirty one to sit at,as we were traveling and wanted a break from the car. Only one soap dispenser in restroom had soap."

"1 of 2 drink machines was operational. The operational one was out of most flavors. Both restrooms were gross. Visited at night, all outdoor lights were out, including the sign. Portion size of the slaw was a joke."

"The chicken and fries were cold. The restaurant’s dining area and restrooms needed some attention and the staff seemed like they did not want to be there. Sometimes just a smile can go a long way."

"This was my first time there and I will not be coming back. I ordered the the wings and things and they hardly had any sauce on my wings and they were fried too hard where it was hardly any meat on the inside. It was my fault for that checking my bag before I left but in the past I've never had an issue with Zaxby's. But this particular one was not my regular location. I unfortunately was too far to turn around to take it and had to throw it away"
