"The floor was real slick, the food was ok and my coffee was Luke warm. They did not have any little creamers gave me a small carton. The young lady at the checkout was helpful. But they need some serious help with food service and cleaning of their dining area."

"This Wendy’s has to be one of the most ghetto places I’ve ever been to. People who don’t like their jobs shouldn’t work where they work at. Me and my boyfriend went through the drive thru to order some food and the woman at the window was extremely rude, like I can hear the tone in your voice is just irritation. You can’t work in customer service and have a bad attitude. That doesn’t match. Then got my food and my order was completely wrong and cold. I definitely won’t be back here."

"I just went here a few days ago before they closed and it was a gay girl at the window with braids I don’t remember her name but she was the sweetest she was probably flirting with me because I am cute but it don’t matter she was still so nice lol. My fries was cold she corrected it with no problem and a smile. Her customer service was incredible."

"Tried using a coupon via the app - I was given a new total as if the coupon was applied but later realized that I was charged the full amount. I called the location (and spoke with a manager) the same day and explained the situation, I was told they would refund it and then hung up on without a goodbye or apology - so I truly thought my phone disconnected the call. I called back, and she reconfirmed a refund would be given but then said they didn’t even have my cc information and would need for me to call back in 30mins with that information. I tried calling back and now they aren’t answering the phones. Horrible customer service - it’s not even about the $5 that I was overcharged, it’s the lack of care for doing right by your customer. I would never recommend this location."

"This Wendy’s was probably one of the worst I visited. It was lunch time and the line was wrapped around the building so I opted to go inside. I ordered the pretzel burger meal which took about 20 minutes to Come out. The facility was not clean with dirty tables and used cups in random places. I took my order when they called my name ready to eat. It was someone else’s order of just a regular burger. I was beyond upset but had already exceeded my lunch break so I couldn’t go back. I won’t be back to this Wendy’s."
