"I was pleasantly surprised eating here. The service was great (the staff was friendly), the restaurant was clean and well organized, and the food was good. While the broccoli was meh and the fries okay, the fish was excellent. My children also gobbled up their food with no prodding."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Pulled into the drive through today around 1:30. Ordered the food and got to the window to pay. I was charged for the wrong food first and given the number for that order. They came out and took the number off the window, because it was wrong without giving me a new one. Employee took my card to give me a refund for the wrong order. They came back and gave me the card with no refund receipt or new food line number. About 30 minutes has elapsed to this point. I walk inside and they have no order for me now in the system. The owner comes over and rings in a new order and charges me, then says he will comp it and puts in a “refund”. I still have not gotten that refund or the first incorrect order. After waiting another 20 minutes I have to walk back inside to see where the food is and they are shocked I still am waiting. After over an hour of waiting and complaining multiple times I finally get the food. My burger is incorrect and missing the bacon and mustard the only things I added to it…. Also the receipt time stamp reads that the order was put in the system at 2:40 over 20 minutes after my final time walking inside and talking to the owner. Overall I am amazed this place can stay in business with the abysmal service…. The owner should be ashamed the way he didn’t expedite the food and just went back to his office tasks. I used to be a huge Culver’s fan but will no longer be visiting these establishments."

"First time trying Culver's and it wasn't too bad. The service was great, although they added extra onions on my burger when I didn't want any at all but they got it fixed right away. The burger tasted fine but the fries and curds were our favorite."

"I ordered the buffalo tenders and they gave me regular. I told them it was incorrect and they told me since they were already made, I had to take them and drive around and pay for more?!?!?! I’ve never had a restaurant say that to me! And it took forever for the food to come out? That’s lazy as a manager. And the reg tenders were disgusting and uncooked so it was a waste of money!"

"First time at a Culver's. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained inside and out, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Food came out quickly and they have a huge variety of meals and desserts. As for the food: the pretzel balls are delicious and you get a good sized portion. I had the single hamburger and it was not good at all. The patty was tiny and burned to a crisp. As far as value it's about the same size as a Checkerburger but not as good. My wife had the spicy chicken sandwich and she said it was like a skinny chicken patty that was probably frozen food. The sweet "fresh-made" tea was marginal tasting and not very fresh tasting. We will probably return one more time due to the great staff and service, maybe the grill chef was having a bad or busy day. They were fairly crowded. Recommend but definitely look at your food first."
