Wendy's

"I odered to the wrong wendys 896260042 was my oder number. Called and person who picked up said I could not be issued a refund. If I go to McDonald's and do not pick it up I'm automatically issued a refund. I just thought it would be Courtesy to inform them I would not be picking it up. Sounded like he just wanted to eat my food. Wendys is a great restaurant but I don't like that if I don't go pick up my food I can't be issued a refund."

"It was very terrible. I never went to a place to get weighted on and the case is see there study talking to another employee. I'm standing line waiting to get my order taken. She said I'm ready to take your order now and start looking back at the other. Employees said it's talking and gigging laughing. Finally, I'll look at it and said. Are you ready to take my order? Or you'll still gotta come and say and laugh."

"The attitude from the manager was horrible when I asked for a REFUND! Due to the food tasting like old oil and I ordered a lot. He told me I had to go through the app to get a refund and I hope he wasn’t lying! BESIDES THAT I FOUND A SPIDER IN MY DRINK! That me and my one year old was drinking!"

"Walked in to hear the employees screaming and yelling at each other. Went to the bathroom and these were my choices of toilets. I decided “ew” let me wash my hands and I’ll go order some food. Walked over to the sink and there was blood and snot all over the sink. All over the faucet. I grabbed a paper towel to open the door and just left. I’m not hungry anymore, but I do have to find another place to go to the bathroom, and scrub my hands raw."
