"I would give zero stars if I could. This is the second time I have wasted my points online ordering from this location. I have ordered a free frappe only to be told after sitting in a long line that their machine is down and I do not receive my points back. I know for a fact that there are buttons that will remove the item from online locations so that customers cannot waste their money or points buying items that are not available. Fix this immediately"
"Literally drove here from a 24 hr mcdonald's that didn't have a single car in the drive-thru, yet did not speak to me for the 10+ minutes I sat at the speaker. Pulled up to this mcdonald's at 3:32am, was very politely told they reopen at 4am (even though it shows they are open until 3:45am) okay, fine. Waited until 4:02am to get back in the drive-thru and it is now 4:22 and not a single freaking person has spoke through the speaker. RIDICULOUS."
"girl at the drive-thru window was super rude told me that I have to go inside to reorder younger Hispanic looking or indian, the manager was also very rude, I asked for the young girl's name, she said no they're not allowed to give that out so I asked for her name, she would not give it to me either! I asked who the franchise owner is she would not tell me that either black woman at the front call extremely rude"
"Ordered coffee at drive through in the AM. There was no coffee made so I had to wait in a parking spot. They forgot about me and never brought the coffee. I tried calling the store but no one answered. I finally left my car and went inside. The lady at the register poured my coffee with absolutely no thank you or apology. This McDonald’s used to be great but it has really gone down hill over the last year."
"Something is missing from my order every time I've been here. Prices are outrageous. Fries aren't filled properly. Atmosphere in many McDonalds' is cold and stale because of the self-order machines and dismal employee enthusiasm (can't blame them). Not sure what is happening with this company but it's bad. I'm never going back to this location especially."
