"The place was empty and pretty well kept up in cleanliness. The staff were nice and courteous, an they answered questions as needed. Food came out hot and well made, with ample cheese on the fries. It was a good place to go for lunch and would go again,the $4 meals have gone to $5.29 now but still not bad for a double steak burger with everything on it and side of fries."

"I ordered this through DoorDash at 10 AM to cure my hangover. This might be the best Steak ‘n Shake ever, and is definitely the best store to order online from. The tamper proof seals are stronger than any other store’s, and the food tasted extremely clean. I even ate their fries, which I almost never like from Steak n Shake."

"I ordered my meals on 10/31/23 for 5 people at 0905pm and it never came, I told them to get me my refund at 0955 back to my credit card. Even people that order after us got before us. This place needs either more people to work here, new management or just closed if you are not going to give a good service. And today 11/09/23 my credit card company is telling me that the refund was never made and that a dispute needed to be created. This place is definitely inefficient. Hopefully this works, I don't want to go back to this place...."
