"PLEASE HIRE/SCHEDULE MORE PEOPLE OMG! Literally have to wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru almost every time I go. Unless I go for breakfast and I’m practically the only customer there, even then it takes 5-10 minutes… No other Taco Bell in the area is this slow. Also, this is the only location that messes up my order more often than not. The other ones rarely mess my order up. The only reason I ever bother going to this location is because it’s near work/on the way home. And every time I do, I’m reminded of why I hate this location. Idk if it’s a lack of staff, lack of training, or what."

"The meat on this crunch wrap is almost non-existent! Not to mention that the crunch wrap has zero crunch! The entire thing is soggy and mushy. Just disgusting! Oh, and the soft tacos looked like they were dipped into water before they were served."

"This is the closest Taco Bell so I frequent this store many times. Service is always pleasant but the amount of beans and meat added to the burritos does not come close to the other Taco Bell’s within the same vicinity nor any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. I only get burritos and am reminded why I go to Peachtree City or Lower Fayetteville locations. Owner needs to be part of this store and maybe the turnover wouldn’t be so high."

"Just went through the drive thru and ordered the spicy potato wraps with no lettuce. i was also asked if i wanted any sauce and said no. when i get home i open the bag to find several of every single sauce. okay that’s fine whatever. next we open our wraps and every single one had extra lettuce and then one wrap had like 3 potatos. we didn’t even want taco bell but it was the only place open , thanks guys"

"The burrito was perfectly made and delicious. It did not take long to receive my order after placing it. The employees were friendly and helpful and very patient with customers there before me. I'll continue to visit this taco Bell!"
