"To all my truckers that I came in contact with while working on the receiving dock that gave me great reviews I appreciate it so much. You don’t have to have a degree to recognize a great worker and know ppl skills. Unfortunately I am no longer with the company as they treated me so poorly and I was a very unhappy associate along with many others that was treated poorly within this company. All the bad reviews posted are true coming from someone who worked from inside. But it was my responsibility to try and change the narrative that ppl read about the company which I did. But now I must insert my own..GREAT COMPANY RAN BY POOR MGMT!!!!! However mgmt can care less about their associates yet along anyone else. Especially the truckers. They violated so many ppl rights and kept everything a secret from corporate. We couldn’t even reach corporate and the ppl that did …got fired. They Despised ppl that had a voice and spoke up for themselves which I did. They don’t care about reviews. Only care about the group in the office/personnel up front where they congregate. So I wish you all safe travels and don’t waste your time if it’s not beneficial to you at any place inside or out!!!! Who knows I might just see some of you on another dock!!!! #happytrucking #safetravels"

"I had no issue with pre-check using QR checkin. I recommend opening the link in a browser then filling in the information, confirming arrival afterwards. Then tell them you’re there to checkin and that you did the pre-check. I’ve done this process at multiple Niagara facilities, no problem. They, however, ask random verification questions still to confirm you’re the right person picking up load."

"Definitely a little confusing. I scanned the QR code put in my info then waited. Nothing happened for 20 minutes. Used their intercom to find out none of my info went thru. Finally given a door assignment. You must back in perfectly straight AND centered because YES Robot loads the trailer."

"FOR CARRIERS: Horrible check-in setup. Shipping/Receiving has a QR sign in for drop & pick up dock door assignments. Someone supposed to text the carrier when a door is available...this never happened. I had to call their call center, four times to finally get assigned a door. Then sat additional 1hr 30min, before warehouse personnel came to unload. Bad logistic setup."
