"I will not be returning to Jersey Mike’s in Jasper, maybe none of them after this experience. The lady behind the counter was absolutely rude and had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. I don’t know her name and she might have been the manager I’m not sure. The food was way overpriced for a mediocre sandwich at best. The sandwiches I ordered were supposed to come with cheese and none of them did. When I asked about it the lady I mentioned before completely ignored me. The soft drinks were flat and warm, they came this way straight out of the cooler. The entire experience fell short and the subs were very lackluster. Overall very disappointed and do not feel I got anywhere near my moneys worth. One star all the way around."

"Stopped by yesterday for lunch at noon, it was busy, tables were all cleaned spotless, floors were clean all wait staff was friendly to us ,they were training people so a little slow but not bad and food was very good , will be back and would recommend!"

"Firstly, the subs are delicious (when made correctly), and it pains me to bypass this place. Why? They are slooow, unfriendly, and never clean the tables. Why should I have to put up with all that just to spend my hard earned money on over-priced sandwiches?! Answer: I don't have to, and neither should you."

"I came in near closing and the cashier/sandwich maker was in great mood. Jenna was her name! She didn't complain about the time, focused on getting my sandwich quick and shared a great attitude with fast service. Will definitely be coming back."
