"We tried to eat here last night, 6:15pm. There were 7 cars in the drive-thru, one person eating inside. We stood at the registers for 3 solid minutes while 4 kitchen employees noticed us, but did not attempt to acknowledge us. We had to walk out because nobody was behind the counter. I'm sure their gutless customer service lackey will be here any moment to "care.""

"This place should be ashamed of itself. I ordered a wings and things. The chicken fingers and fries were hot as they should have been. The wings however were cold. When I say cold I mean cold to the tough. I brought it up to the nice older lady working the counter. She said she would get me some hot ones. Again cold. Like hardly warmer than coming out of the refrigerator. Mind-blowing you would serve this."

"Tonight at about 8:05 we came in after trick or treating and ordered a kids grilled cheese meal, a signature sandwich meal and 2 chicken bacon ranch fries. There was a line when we got there which was expected with it being Halloween night. I ordered for dine in and paid by 8:15pm. They were by no means extremely busy but were moderately busy. I was expecting it to take anywhere from 15 to 25 min tops to get our food. After about 55 minutes we finally got our food and they had bagged it togo as well. I assume they wanted us to take it home because it was after 9pm by this time. There was so much talking and cutting up, no wonder it took an hour to get our food! This is nonsense and if you are at work you should do more working than cutting up. I myself am a talker and don't talk as much as these people were! On top of that there was barely any cheese on my loaded fries. Other than that the food was great. I have attached pictures of the food, the receipt and the ticket that is placed on a Togo bag to show what is inside. The times are on those both."
