"The place can't keep.emplyees they're always changing almost daily and half of these new employees don't have a clue and their attitudes are terrible we pay a lot of money for poor service poor food if they have it at all sadly this place has went down hill the large Carmel mocha tasted like cold is water with a hint of coffee no Carmel or whip cream at all sadly if a employee doesn't know what they're doing don't serve junk ask for help from someone that knows what they're doing!!!!!"

"I went to the drive-thru on a Saturday morning the 9th of December. The woman who took my order was hardly understandable over the microphone. She did not speak clearly. When I got to the window she was rude and dismissive. If it weren't for the nice lady the window that handed me my food I couldn't have given a good rating at this restaurant at all. I would recommend some training for the woman at the window or perhaps replace her with someone with some customer service knowledge."

"No one manned the cash register. Apparently they were short of help. Probably took 45 minute s before I left with food. I didn't use the kiosk I waited for a cashier. Any other restaurant around it would rather go to them than you. Maybe where publix is built a fast food shop will pop up. We can only hope!!"

"Good service and food was hot and good. Better service here than Lee hwy where I waited 15mins in drive thru with no customers inside and not taking app orders for pickup unless door dash. Going to be doing business at this location from now on."

"Had to order from a kiosk instead of a person. The kiosk option was to eat in or carry out, I picked eat in and took the table number like instructions said. Shortly after I placed my order I watched my food get slapped up on the counter top in a bag as they yelled out my number. As I approached the counter the lady behind the counter asked "you get your cups?" I replied, Um no, I haven't received my cups, she disappeared and came back with my juice box and 2 cups and said "here". I expected a tray instead of my food bagged up and a little bit of a better attitude considering the only thing you had to do was bag my food. The whole atmosphere and vibe of this McDonald's was off. I won't say rude but between the unfriendly employee and the floor under the tables looked like no one had swept all day. I definitely won't visit again. Worst McDonald's I've been to. Considering half the job is done for them with that kioski, you would think not dealing with customers except to slam their food on the countertop and holler a number, would relieve some stress from dealing with the public and they would be a little more friendly. The only positive thing I can say was the tea was good. Do yourself a favor and pass this one on your way to another restaurant because this one isn't worth the stop."
