"Definitely the worst Wendy’s location in the area. The lobby is never open. It is pointless to order online for pickup because you have to get in the drive thru to get it. I tried to call to get them to open their door to give me my food and of course they didn’t answer and i saw the cook in the back laughing. What a joke of a place."
"I went there on 8/15/2023 at about 6 pm.I waited at the Drive through for 10 minutes so then I went inside and they said the lobby was closed. I told then I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and they called me a lier even the manager was there and he did not say a word worst customer service ever"
"Definitely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I ordered the most expensive meal on the menu and got a piece of meat a piece of cheese and a bun for $13. The lady was not even apologetic. Saying you're sorry goes a long way lady. Never again will I return to this location and I advise others do not go here either"
