"First thing I'd like to say is they are very friendly and knowledgeable. BUT, after spending 70$ on a product, and after 2 days of using, the product began oozing out of the mouth piece making it near unusable. Vape was being used correctly, as it wasn't my first product Ive used. Took product back to the store in hoping they would make things right but was told if battery had malfunctioned then they could do something but other than that, was told I was just basically out 70$. Said they would sale me something else, but that doesn't fix the issue. Would think they would want to keep a customer then lose a customer but they chose to lose a customer. And not a isolated issue seeing that this has happened multiple times not just in my experience either. Product was a vape called extract, 4.5g grape/ grand mommy? I believe was the name of, close to it anyways."
