"Roderick was awesome. He was patient as we selected and even help us find the yummy items in the menu. The chicken was tender and juicy and the cornbread was awesome. He made the experience even better with the good food."

"Barbecue comes in many flavors…. I like this flavor and the nice selection of “dipping sauces” finishes off the flavor. Nice atmosphere but definitely feels like a chain restaurant. Could be a sports bar with all the TV. House ribs, brisket grilled cheese, and caesar salad were excellent. Service was good even though we our server was also working the bar. Located next to the mall so parking is not an issue. One thing I’m getting tired of is the suggested 20, 25 and 30% tipping options on the bill."

"Had a great dining experience. Great food - the nachos are the best thing to order (whether for the table or an individual portion); I highly recommend. Service wise - Rain was absolutely AMAZING! Extremely kind and attentive. She gave great suggestions, has nice banter, and is so considerate & genuine in her demeanor. Overall, I would come back & also recommend."

"Food was just ok. But our waitress Sha was amazing. She gave recommendations and was on top of her game the whole time we were there. Oh baby that shipwreck cocktail was bomb. Disappointed the skillet cornbread is gone."

"We ordered our food online and received a text saying it was ready, and we arrived for pickup and were told the order didn't go through. So we ended up waiting another 25 minutes for our food. We had to ask for fresh fries, and that was another 10 minute wait. We were not too happy, even asking the manager on duty how he could help us out concerning our time. He said "nothing," very harsh, cold, and unfriendly. We were at least expecting a small discount for our wait. Our ticket was over $52.00. However, we asked for a courtesy drink, and we received that. Hostess was not very friendly. We really like Smokie Bones, but I'll think twice before we visit again. Ms. D"
